For adding a background image, have you tried: background-image: url("name.png"); inside the body selector in your CSS?

yeah i have, it doesnt rlly work ...... idk how else to make the background image cause i thought that was how (;ŏ﹏ŏ)

Oh, that is really weird. I tried using your code with only with that added into the CSS, and it worked for me.
