Basically, a webring is where sites link to each other in a ring, like A links to B, B links to C and C links back to A, for example. Some can get very big as well. Anyways, a webring will normally contain sites centred around a certain community or topic, in this case k-pop. They're a great way to discover cool new sites with similar topics or by people with similar interests.
