reminder: all therapists are cops are bastards and should be treated as such (also before you yell at me. I have medical trauma and that fuels my hatred of therapists an all that.)

...I feel like the grammar here is incorrect. damn dyslexia running in my family.
I have been clean from self harm! thats a plus. a con of right now is I got triggered and now Im trying not to think about an ex. aswell as trying not to cut. because that was my only coping mechanism for this trauma. fucking hell I'm a mess.
