It is your journal so it is upto you what and how much you want to put in. In my case, I'm interested in reading whatever it is you write, it's interesting to read about the experiences that people share. Just be careful since you are posting everything to the internet. (There was a typo in my last comment so I had to delete it and post again to save myself the shame)
rambling is the whole point, so dww!! I found that starting to post my diary online has been so helpful, I used to write maybe once or twice a month, but since I started this it's an almost daily thing
@axayacatl I have had quite negative experiences with sharing my art, especially my poetry, so I do relate to that. But, I've also had people treat me so very nicely when I put myself out there through art, so it's really just about finding people who can appreciate your artwork as it deserves to be appreciated :)

@blame1984 I try not to, cuz I just think how interesting those thoughts you try to hide would be for your future self. But, when I publish them, I do sift them out if I find them too cringy so
