Using nested CSS for each layout's theme to improve maintainability. Apparently, there are no major downsides, aside from a slightly larger file size and incompatibility with older browsers. ajax is so strange!! it doesn't work like iframes at all. currently in the process of making ajax work like iframes. embrace the jank.

bcos the whole thing is like 44 files and 17 folders (very big) and idk how to implement it neatly without clearing my whole site beforehand,, webdev edging

had a panic attack because I couldn't fix the "Flash of unstyled content" thing that would happen when a page loaded an alternative theme. fixed now :D
