There's a bug I can't seem to fix on my site. Locally on my computer, the menu works fine opening up new pages with the frames. On Neocities, the menu opens up the pages by themselves (although they won't show until you reload). When you are clicking on the links, it doesn't seem like anything's going on. Can someone one help me fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

The (portable) hard drive still isn't working, so the return to Neocities is so far postponed indefinitely. I still fully want to, but I have other things to do besides fix the (portable) hard drive. I transferred my blog over to Tumblr so I could blog full time if I wanted to, plus there's the plus side of not having to mess with the code. The layout is 99% the same as the website with a few exceptions.

I think I'm suffering from bad karma lately. First I have a hard drive malfunction, then I get injured (not really appropriate to talk about it)... The hard drive is accessible, but I'm currently too lazy to back it up, plus I don't know what to put on my site.
