Good article! Just so you know, I found a mistake on 'House of Dr. Bloch', where it says 'die in 1975 of stomach cancer in 1945', otherwise I enjoyed the article :D

"Selbstporträtv" minus the "v" at the end :-) I think Wikiart has some more images. Also, Billy Price published "Adolf Hitler: The Unknown Artist" back in 1983. The book only had one edition and costs between 150-300 bucks today because, well, of course the wrong historically-interested people started collecting it, I assume.

It's the only comprehensive catalogue of his work I know of (found a library that had it once) and was especially smitten by his inability to draw a human figure. His Napoleon fanart was just so... childish. But it would probably go for multiple thousands of dollars today because people (and auction houses) are obsessed with memorabilia of genocidal maniacs.

When finding out info on Hitler's art I did come across "The Unknown Artist" a lot of time, I did know that Wikiart had a lot of his art on there that is not on my page, but I just needed to publish the article or else it would never get published cuz I would always find new art, and vus it would be in some sort of limbo.

Also, thank you for correcting me on the spelling of "Selbstporträt", my only knowledge of German is from Wolf 3D!

That amounts to pretty decent entry-level German if you're in the right region. With the new artworks - sure, it's impossible to include everything. His estimated 'body of work' is in the thousands, and it's hard to prove what's forgery and what's not. And there's lots of forgery surrounding this figure.
