I need to let go of this idea of holding off until I finish everything I'm working on to make One Big Update. I think the idea is making it harder to work on the projects I've got going and settle on a "good enough" point. I'm tired of the site being in stasis, months out of date. I think I need to commit to a small update soon so I can get over this slump
Also, my SSL cert expired so my site will be unavailable until my friend can install the new one
Got php working on my site yesterday so I'm working on a major update to my art and archive sections. Hopefully I can get that done soon enough

My big goal is to replace most of the javascript with php so my site is usable without JS enabled
Gave my site a fresh new coat of paint! Also optimized a bunch of images so it should load faster now. I added some adoptables and pixel clique friends as well

I am currently in the process of adding redirects across my site to the new domain, https://qrunchy.space. I'm going to be doing this over the next few days so sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime. This is the last step before I consider the site officially moved to the new host under the new domain name. So excited!!

I want to continue using neocities as a community hub. I'll try to remember to make posts when I update my site since they will no longer appear here automatically. Which is fine by me honestly lol. Also don't forget you can find the link to the RSS feed on the home page!

Realized optimizing my galleries is actually really quick and easy so I've been working on that. My art archive pages should load way faster once I'm done

how are you optimizing your galleries? (wondering if its something i can do as well :3)
I'm still learning the ins and outs of github and I'm afraid of prematurely pushing the whole thing before it's all ready. But I'm pretty sure I can figure out how to avoid that. Just have to retool my thinking and build my confidence with pushing updates
