I'm supporting the practice with journaling in a way that I didn't do before. The first time I did it, the therapy was truly only done the way the process is described on the site. this time, I'm having little thoughts and doing therapy talk with myself throughout my days, not just on that one day.
My goals are more specifically focused on mental health, whereas the last time I did this project my goals were all over the place. I had some creative goals tied in that I don't have tied in this time. I know that the creativity is going to flow either way, so I don't need to focus on that as much this time.
I think another huge difference is that I need therapy for different reasons than I did when I initiated this project before. I was just in total chaos then, looking for some kind of organization and a way to address my thoughts and issues strategically. Now I'm pretty well settled and don't feel that chaos anymore so it feels a lot more like something I'm doing in addition to other things rather than as a solution
That's all I can think about for now. I'll use this space for a little journal throughout.
