I knew it was sadgirl.online. I'm wondering how sadgirl.online became so popular.

probably because of the extensive html resources for new neocities users, and it's been around for like 3 years which is relatively long on here

A lot of people have used their template generator for their site when they were learning to use html and css.

I'm more of a Draculuhh person myself (it's a custom theme I bodged together myself, and I use Stylus to make Draculuhh override the Ambiance theme on the Neocities editor)
