"But if we don't define ourselves by what we do and what we like, what can we define ourselves through?" I tried some of this. If I stopped doing what I usually did, would I still be myself? What if I stopped liking what I liked? I cut away chunks of my life to find a "self" and came up sad and empty. So now my working definition is whatever I feel like at any given time. I hope you find one that works for you!
