I know what you mean about feeling kinda weird for saying it's good to "just go outside." I've also found that even though we kind of see this as a plattitude, it really does help. I find it helps me to expand my perspective beyond the tiny world of concerns that exist in small rooms. It helps me to better understand my place in the bigger world. The vitamin D has got to be good too!
