You got one already but count me as #2. NeoCities is pretty old-style, doesn't lend itself towards direct engagement as much, just like OG websites. IG that's why people do things like Guestbooks. People will silently lurk, but even if not, I don't think our creation of things should hinge on whether or not people see it. If God is creator and we are made in His image, then creating is in our nature.
Resist discouragement! Continue to create, and grow from your striving. We all want people to see the works of our hands, but what's more important is whether we glorify God in our work. That has more meaning than any number of views or follows will ever have.
