I found your rules for smartphone post through mister dizzys page, it was a great read and I think I am going to start implementing some of those rules myself.

Scumbag Neocities. Make 25 updates to your new page and 1 accidental save to and old page, then display the old page much bigger. Anyway, my new article is about hot pot.
I completely agree. It is annoying when the large thumbnail page isn't what you want people to actually see. Would be nice to have the ability to choose which page in your update gets displayed there.
It's an interesting article about hotpot. But the framing reminds me of something a friend from China that lives in the Netherlands told me, that westerners seem to always look at China through the lens of the Chinese government, even for innocent stuff like hotpot.
Thanks for the feedback Murid. Your friend is right and my inspiration for writing this surely comes from my western bias and suspicion towards the Chinese state. However in the case of hot pot it turned out that there was indeed state involvement going on.
