sorry for the radio silence! covid hit me hard in february and i've spent the last few weeks trying to catch up with everything i fell behind on while i was sick. one more week til i can actually spend time poking at css again. hope you're all doing well β‘

the entrance page i threw together when i first made the site has been bugging me for awhile so now there is no entrance page, only site map. (until i manage to put together the redesign i've been dreaming of for months, that is!)

lots of my friends finally starting to go "hey, maybe staying on twitter is a bad idea" π₯° perhaps someday soon i shall be free of only being able to keep up with people i love through that particular hellsite.

Not there, really trying to minimize my internet footprint. Familiar only in name with Dreamwidth - what benefit(s) does it provide that Neocities does not?

it's based off the old livejournal code, so if you're familiar with livejournal it's pretty much the same as lj used to be! i definitely prefer the personal page format these days, but dreamwidth has some active communities i'd like to take part in. in general, the main benefits are probably just the blogging setup and social aspect. though honestly, i think neocities is far more active these days!
