Gonefishin! I accidentally deleted your comment, I’m so sorry! I tried to reply on my tablet and have ham fingers! Yes, the main character is customizable, though! It’s pretty limited- gender, face, hairstyle, and a narrow skin tone range, but it’s not nothing, either. This is the first Disaster Report I’ve played, so I don’t know what’s standard or not.

Darn. Realizing that I've already made a mistake on the new unfinished live page. In order to get this to work the way I want: clickable logo buttons for each streamer that change the displayed stream; I'll have to use iframes for the stream embeds. Hm..
Please ignore the "AsSludge" on the live window, I'm going through a list of working titles for my friends to use as a name for the stream team(yea, i'm settin somethin like pre-2014 era vinesauce up.)

I think it's rather crude but my brain has been obsessed with the word "sludge" lately, no clue why right, but i'm sure there will come a much less vulgar name soon
About time someone stands up to the insane monopoly giant that is both Sony and Funimation. Sorry, that's the first thing I read through on your site, and it resonates with me greatly. I have never once paid for either service and have steered folk clear myself, so I appreciate what you're doing here too.

Nope, it is fine. I miss the days of A.D.V, Manga Entertainment, Tokyopop, Viz, 4K!DS, DiC, Nelvana, Geneon, Saban and Media Blasters (who are still around) all competing for anime titles, even if their adaptations were never always the best. With the monopoly, subtitles are probably going to get worse and some anime will become unobtainable.

i know i've gotten complacent and lazy but i blame my crippling adhd plase helpf me GOD
the font has been changed on the major pages. i have other fonts i'm willing to use, but this was the go to for me i think..

The older DR's had a main character that was kind of created specifically for the story, so there wasn't really anything in the way of character customization outside of like, bonus unlockables. Also no worries! (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
Ahhh, that makes sense. This is super “role playing” based, with a lot of choose your actions/ how you treat and talk to people stuff above any other sort of gameplay so far, so in context, the custom main character makes sense. It’s interesting so far.
