changed the front page art with something I just made in IBNIZ, also added a link to a google doc with advices to start solving the challenges (to be updated)

It’s so cool, it’s the first time someone solved a puzzle I made
HECK YEAH... i'll need to rack my brain to figure out this last part but this was really fun, looking forward to the next puzzle
