for your theming stuff, there's a way to hide divs untill they're selected (using pure CSS)! I have some code I used for "pages" on my redesign #1Β½ which would probably be easy to modify for the given use case, i could upload it to a pastebin tmr if it interests you!:P

Regarding your comment I accidentally deleted, my font used to be a standard Courier font stack (Courier New, or Courier, or fallback to generic monospace), but I made the jump to a "web font" with an updated version, Courier Prime as you noted. It's cleaner, modernized and in TrueType format.

Potentially, I could incorporate 10, 20, 40 indices into the index. Indices themselves become introductory, even prefigurative modes of itemized expression.
