@clearglass i agree! it's a great player, i want to install rockbox firmware on it instead of the stock os though
@engelsbeginn what are your favorite games? i'm in desperate need of new ones, what you would recommend?
@angelsaremathematical Is yours Homebrewed? If so, right now on my to-play list is: Beyond the Labyrinth, Bravely Second End Layer, Devil Survivor Overclocked, Fantasy Life, Final Fantasy Tactis A2 Grimoire of the Rift, Fire Emblem Awakening, Golden Sun Dark Dawn, Hakuoki Memories of the Shinsengumi, Harvest Moon The Tale of Two Towns, Persona Q Shadow of the Labyrinth,
aaaaand Pokemon Omega Ruby, Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs, Pokemon Ranger Shadows of Almia, Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, Pokemon Ultra Sun, Pokemon Volt White, Pokemon White Version 2, Pokemon X, Ragnarok DS, Rune Factory 4, Style Savvy Fashion Forward, Valkyrie Profile Convenant of the Plume! I hope one of those sounds interesting to you!
@engelsbeginn I know why you recommended me Style Savvy Fashion Forward, it's a game with proper lolita fashion! I actually played it quite a lot, it's a fun game! I don't know much of the other games you mentioned, but I'll definitely look them up. Right now I'm playing Hotel Dusk and it's super cool, great aesthetics, I really recommend.
@angelsaremathematical Oh I will have to try that! It's not my usual style of game at all, but it does look cool! I love the Style Savvy games (and new Switch version) have lolita!! I only wish they let us do more as far as layering items.
a small remark: japanese lolita fashion has no link to a certain book you're thinking of. it's a fashion originally inspired by Victorian Era fashion
japanese girls who pioneered the fashion wanted some cute-sounding western name, unaware of the book and its connotations, and the name stuck
Made two new pages: Hobbies (to host links to specific hobby microblogs) and Dolls - a microblog for everything regarding my doll hobbie!
I often found myself wanting to give a little update, but I only had the blog, and it's filled with long text posts, so wasn't feeling like posting silly little updates like cute miniature computer.. so made these micro-blogs for forever on-going projects
i'm in the same position i had to come up with a really obscure order of updating things it's really frustrating because neocities is the only web hosting platform with a feed like this but i feel like we're not given any tools to utilize it properly
yeah.. before uploading a new page, i have to link it everywhere first.. link a nonexistent page.. and only then upload it
I've thought about this, and I think it doesn't really matter much in the long run. People who access the site in the future will just see the updated pages anyway, so the way it shows up here is irrelevant.
you're right, however I still want to notify my friends from here about something that is important to me
aaayy thank you a lot! :)
i'm unsure if my site will be strictly, or even mostly, math-centered. the string lights formula happened to be my first post, so i added 'math' as a tag. i'm not that highly educated in the field — i'm only just now entering trigonometry in university, heh — but i would love to continue writing about math if more ideas hit me! it is so beautiful and keeps the stars in my head at bay! your site was pretty cool, too.
you have a feel for writing long texts while keeping it breezy!
you have a feel for writing simple and very meaningful compliments, thank you lots.. it was really nice to hear. i'd love to see more from you about any topics, not just math
