Decided to just remove the flood since the way I made my website doesn't seem to accomidate that.

Checking back on my comments have really been a trip, seems like I haven't changed what so ever. Still confused about everything and emotionally unstable.

Nevermind, I solved the issue. Just had to add a "position: relative;" on the main div.
Oh wait, you can't drain the water now. Back to the drawing board!
try adding a different z-index to everything
