I think something's off with Neocities's backend because my site files aren't updating on the website despite being up-to-date in the dashboard. In the mean time, feel free to enjoy the effects of my broken custom CSS file.

I've shared a few with friends directly- my favorites were the ones on password safety and color scheme optimization. The first was well-explained and the second was something I'd never have thought to try (and the results are fantastic)!
