Washing machine at home decided it wasn't going to work, so my mother and I went to a nearby laundromat. Half of the washing machines were out of service, and the ones that worked had numerous issues. None of them had hot water, most of them refused to spin, and some didn't even dissolve detergent packs or clean soap off of clothes. We decided to find another laundromat in a different town, which did work.
Needless to say, after five hours of trying to clean clothes, I'm tired.
Sorry for not replying sooner, haven't checked Neocities in a while. I have yet to make a page detailing what to do to get into radio, but for now: if you want to set up your own station, keep it low key. If transmitting over the air, do so at a low power output. If streaming online without paying licensing for music, only share it between friend groups and people you trust. TL;DR: Don't be stupid.
As for software recommendations, I'd recommend: Mixxx for playout, Stereo Tool (Windows) or PulseEffects/EasyEffects (Linux) for processing, Butt for streaming to a server, and Icecast for a streaming server. If looking for a transmitter, go with one that's compliant with your region's laws on unlicensed broadcasting. In the US, that would be the FCC Part 15. You'll have more leeway in rural areas.
