Are you sure you want to do this?
i've taken the mbti, it's fun and interesting for sure (especially when comparing w others) but it's not really smth i think about in day-to-day life :)
yeah it's best not to take it seriously, it doesn't mean anything. but it's still fun. thanks for the input :)
i used to believe the mbti, but i think most of the descriptions are actually fairly generic enough that youd always be able to identify with at least something from it. The big five (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Five_personality_traits) is a much more reputable test.
(1) i was going to write about how i disagree, how once you leave basic surface-level material like 16 personalities and move on to real theory things get a lot more complex, how for a long time i've failed to relate to any type.... but then i remembered my own personal issues with typology, and yeah, complex sure, but the complexity doesn't make it less vague,
(2) it just makes everyone have their different interpretation of how the system works and it's a mess. it's pseudoscience. i find it interesting still, so i don't really care. the big 5 is more reputable but it's certainly way less interesting too lol (well yeah ofc)
(3) thanks for the input. had to break up my comment into pieces oof
