Nekoweb seems overrated, I wouldn't move there permanently though might consider making a mirror of my Neocities website on there. However, I'm sticking to Neocities, far better for what I need and it's only outbeat by self-hosting (which I can't do as of now) because self-hosting allows PHP + TOR/I2P websites along with a shit-ton of other good features.
Overall, I'd just mirror the websites. Ik on Neocities, you can use terminal BS to push git-updates to Neocities at the same time you push something to a repo, though you'd have to see if you can do that for Nekoweb as well. If you can, good. Do that, it's far better and you're probably not gonna reach 1GB+ ever on either service XD (assuming you don't upload HUGE files, as I actually do often).
i would say PHP it, but Neocities doesnt allow PHP so rip. Honestly, if they allowed PHP, so many things would improve with Neocities as it would be a basically perfect web-host, rather than a decent one that lacks in some areas. I'm willing to pay $5 monthly (or maybe even $20) if Neocities allowed PHP thats for damn sure.
