Happy birthday! :) I've turned the Big 25 ....er....quite a number of times. ;) Whatever you do, DON'T grow up. It's for chumps. lol :)
still making little cosmetic changes around my site...i've added some new friends to my links page~ thanks so much to everyone who's added my button! ♥♥♥
Thank you so much~! Those were taken by my boyfriend during a camping trip at Lost Maples. It's a very beautiful and well-kept park. I love it so much. <3 Also, sorry it took 3 weeks to respond. I've been neglecting my website for awhile.
Lolol nevermind. I forgot I had an album titled 'Lost Maples'. The 'Summer '18' album was in fact taken by me, at a park near where I live.
Thank you very much! I plan on getting the rest of the site finished real soon but I am glad to hear you're looking forward to it!
just testing some stuff, no visible changes here except for the nonsense scrolly box
on a side note, does anyone have any advice on how i can make links that jump to specific sections of my blog for my navigation bar? it's something i've wanted to do since i started my blog (like, links that take you to the start of each entry) but for some reason i can never get the code to work... ;w;
i'm using on the titles of my blog post and then trying to link them in my sidebar frame...maybe it's the frames that keep this sort of thing from working properly?
* 'a id'
something like this? https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/jump-link-same-page
I think the problem might be because you're using just one iframe (I'm not that familiar with them, so I'm not a 100% sure, though). If the blog was built using regular old frames (or possibly two iframes) then the solution would be very easy, just have the links target the frame you want to open things in.
Although these days the use of frames is not really recommended in the first place.
I took a peak at your page source. In blognavi.html, change to: href="blog.html#December" target="_parent". In blog.html, remove the # in the anchor so it shows: id="December". I hope this helps!
thank you so much for trying to help me, everyone! ♥ ;w; it's much appreciated! sadly, still haven't managed any progress--it feels like the answer should be simple, but i think @anipike has the right idea...i'm being screwed over by my use of frames, lol. i'm gonna have to rethink this idea.
It looks like in blognavi.html the 'blog entry 1' link needs to be changed like thisoldrecliner said and everything should work then; I just tested it myself by downloading the pages and messing with the source code.
wow, what a discussion. I don't usually see that many comments on Neocities posts. I'm glad I found this website.
