I finally updated my photography archive with digital photos, and 35mm C200, ProImage 100.
It was a DIY haircut, hahaha, I decided to cut my curls even when everybody said that was the biggest characteristic about me. https://eyesonthelens.neocities.org/me.jpeg
Eh, it becomes you and it's surely convenient. You can always grow your curls back whenever you please.
Teshigahara's is probably the best cinematic conspectus of Gaudi's Barcelonan oeuvre that we'll ever see. It's so beautifully shot (in his idiomatic 1.33:1) and nearly speechless in a mercifully observational manner. Following that slump in the '70s and his assumption of the Sogetsu School's administration, his late work is superb.
A few documentaries regarding the Sagrada Familia have been produced; the only satisfying effort I've seen is "Mystery of Creation." https://robertbuchanan.info/CFS/2019/08/29/sublime-sagrada-the-mystery-of-creation/
Paired with "Singing in the Rain" or "Gypsy," "Fair Weather" constitutes one half of a solid double-bill. Donen's death last year marked the passage of Old Hollywood's last major filmmaker.
Definitely, Teshigahara's has been the best I've seen this week, his work in this film is so mesmerizing, I really like it, I don't know how to express what I feel about it but I enjoyed it. I'll check "Mystery of Creation" soon, and the rest of Hollywood's classics, thanks!!!!
Just wrote a little something on Steven Universe... I'm feeling weird...
