Taking a short break from working on the HATsite, been two months straight up working on it so far. May focus on other projects, note, this won't apply to the JOURNAL ENTRIES, if I feel like writing one, I will regardless of break or not.

oh, right, about Kyle's AI post. Honestly, I'm thinking it's being blown out of proportion, while being in support of GenAI is pretty bad in itself, none of that support has translated into neocities getting such features as of now, and it's been about a year since that post was made. My thoughts on GenAI is that it sucks, but I don't think this manifesto means the end of Neocities as a whole (+)

or that it's becoming a platform for AI stuff. Rather it's just Kyle giving his thoughts on AI as a whole. I don't think this is anything special or neocities' doom. Still gonna host the HATsite here.

I looked in the terms of service for any mention of generative AI or large language models and it's just not there. so like. yeah.

This makes up OCTOBER's HATsite update! While working on the Battle Network shrine I did a bunch of other changes to the site that I felt should be published on their own. Almost every page has been changed in some way, even if just slightly! Also fixed some issues I found while looking at the code.
