i'm sure there's an easier way to update this all also (like Jekyll or Pelican i think?) but my stubbornness (& maybe simple refusal to learn about those tools) has grown into determination to hand code it all hh

the theme for this journal entry is "how do you pick yourself up, tangle of a human you are, after having gotten comfortable beating yourself down?"
sometimes i wonder if the mania of counting every single thing is better or worse than the mania of saying fuck it and binging. always striving for balance and contentment, hoping you get there too.
