yknow honestly now that i think about it the people who use their neocities pages like carrd should be fine, idk why people are having such an issue with them because you should be able to write anything in html and you shouldnt have people going off on you because of what you made with it (except asset stealers ofc but like other than that)

homepages and carrds serve very similar purposes - that being for people to have one place to go to get extra information on someone
