I just realized, since Neocities is Neo-Geocities and since one of the Geocities communities is Tokyo, that means technically, Tokyo-type websites (like my own) are in Neo-Tokyo.

I mean kinda. We could go in depth with which parts are overrated but I stand by that season 1 was probably the best it'd ever get.

I haven’t seen it but i like the origin and 0079 cause it has char in it and he’s hot
