I first saw Doll's House performed by final year acting students in NIDA in Sydney, so I saw it performed before I ever read it. It was a good production. Reading it later, I still found it gripping - Nora's predicament - and thought it represented a change in women's expectations at that period. But I can also understand you not liking it. No play or novel is for everyone. Good review.
Number one priority on my reading list right now. Either that or The Three Musketeers and Twenty Years After collected edition.
Haven’t read 20 Years After, but I can say Three Musketeers was also a great read. Dumas is an entertainer
Apparently Black Jack has some really high quality files and each took 30 minutes to download (the only way to watch them without constant pop-ups), so far two episodes down, ten more to go.
