What did I miss?
Funimation released in a press report that they would remove older anime series from their catalog. I presume this will be for all minor series that are more than 10 years old, but no actual year has been set.
So you will still be able to watch Dragon Ball, but maybe not GaoGaiGar in the near future.
I bought a funi sub one single time. And it was for overlord. Season 2 I think. Their player sucked shit.
DVDs are usually poor quality from them. The Blu-Rays are better, but they charge a premium.
The same as really really old Nintendo games, it's completely moral to torrent and mirror old anime, especially things with expired licenses or that don't get made anymore.
@sakana Absolutely. I may get a second computer to run a 24 hour anime channel soon. (Not unlike Toonami Aftermath, but with lesser-known titles).
oh god i need to re watch sailor moon and stat on hulu
Toonami Aftermath has reruns of it (albeit, the DiC/Cloverway dub).
