nightfallsec.neocities.org is copying my entire website and passing my diary as their own i know this skinwalker shit happens on neocities but i didnt think it'd happen this quickly to me tbh

Yikes! I encourage you to file a DMCA takedown notice with Neocities, if you haven't already. Especially if you own the rights to any images and because you definitely own the copyright to your own diary entries.
