"I'm tired of being an observer in my own life" is an incredibly apt way of putting it. I've been feeling it a lot lately as well. Sending you love.
Thank you Emo!! Your creativity has always been so inspiring to me, so I'm super happy to hear this from you ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ & yaayay you have great taste in anime :))
yeah, i get that feeling of "having a lot of followers but not having a real community behind it". its a really weird feeling tbh, and i wish i had advice on how to counter it :( but, if its any consolation, i think your site deserves the attention its getting!! congrats on 100 followers <3
i am so glad that it's not just me who feels it,, + i think having a shared experience is even better than good advice :,)) thank you though blue!! i appreciate that lots (っᵔ◡ᵔ)っ(˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
Hauu thank you Cherry. ^_^ That's so sweet. The drawings on your website are really elegant!! I hope you'll post more of them.
Once in a blue moon I get spam in my guestbook too ; __ ; a bit annoying, but I just delete it!
i did once get this weird comment in my old guestbook, listing two random phone numbers and asking for money?? it seemed like a scam though so i just deleted it
huh, i wonder how they find us... T_T i feel more relieved that it's just not me though, thanks blue :,)
I got weird messages too ;; a few actually ^^; I didn't think I'd get targeted since I didn't know my site was well known enough for that to happen
@amari i had the same thought—like how are our small sites being found by weirdos T__T on a positive note, i guess it’s a sign that we’re getting bigger :,)
i cant really draw well either tbh, so the best advice i can give is to start with easy stuff that'll help you get comfortable with it, like drawing various flowers or something. it probably sounds simple but it helped me a little ^^
thank you blue !! i've watched some videos and they all say to start simple as well, so i guess that's how i'll begin 🫡
What helped me is seeing everything in basic shapes and working from there. Draw from reference and simplify everything into shapes and lines. Confident strokes. You will improve over time.
thank you repth!! i will def be implementing that into my study sessions ^__^
