Are you sure you want to do this?
I was also in a similar spot when I was in highschool (where I live isn't THAT tiny but it's equally as old and filled with weirdos who go to the local walmart parking lot for fun), and from my experience, it does get better. IMO, the concept of the 'perfect highschool experience' while nice, doesn't really mean much at the end of the day.
Society places WAY too much priority on the first 16-18 years of your life when people live to be 80+, which means you have so much time to meet all the people and do all of the things you could ever want to in the decades after. I was also sad that I didn’t do any of the ‘cool, highschool things’ that ‘makes you feel complete’ because I was too much of a nerd (and home-bound and dare I say depressed?), but...
looking back, I realized that none of those things really mattered at the end of the day because life doesn’t end after highschool and you are still free (dare I say even MORE free because you aren’t spending 8+ hours doing learning and whatever) to do those things after graduating too.
Sorry this is so long (I LOVE to yap lol) but hopefully that helps you a bit. I wish you all the best, it DOES get better :-)
