I am not the type to talk about personal stuff on my profile, but I'll do anyway (since it isn't entirely personal and I'm annoyed；△；). So one of my cats is really sick rn, his name is Peter and he is 5yrs old. He has renal insufficiency and we have been treating him since December (when he got diagnosed) and he had his been "normal" until last month when he wasn't eating and really tired so he had to been hospitaliz

So today I found out that he is also severely anemic and he needed to do a blood transplant (but it's hard to find cat's blood to donate to him and the whole process is stupid bc I have to contact the laboratory myself then buy the blood bag then check if is compatible with him then hospitalize him again to make the transfusion) And I don't even know if he'll survive doing this
Lit the vet said that he shouldn't overexert himself that he could die. But she didn't tell me if the blood transfusion could save him. And the whole blood transfusion thing is so expensive that I couldn't afford it so I can only hope that he can get better with the meds alone ；△；
