I feel like twitter recommends me stuff with negative comments or interactions because they get the most traction, and since the stuff I'm into generally isn't argumentative or toxic they don't get traction. So everything that makes is through the popularity filter is either cute cats or political debate. Plus I got added to some group/list called "Daddy" from a porn bot :DD twitter is so stupid it's great.

Tumblr is pretty nice when I wanna search up for stuff like fan art or graphics, but not for live usage since a lot of the user base moved on. Most people moved to Twitter, which is sad to me because I prefer the UX of Tumblr. I'm pretty happy with Spacehey and neocities right now though!! They're more interactive and I'm considering joining Melonland. (Thanks if you read all that, I just have a lot to say today :])

haha thx for the anecdotes, forgettablename! i also prefer tumblrs setup to twitter, despite staffs recent meddling with it to make it more twitter-ish. weird move, eh?
