I didn't know Christmas in July was a thing elsewhere. It makes sense in Australia because our Christmases are so hot - not the image of a northern winter Christmas. We rarely get snow, even here in the mountains west of Sydney, but having 'Christmas' in winter seems to make sense here.
For sure. Up here, we do tend to have a market for nautical-themed Christmas items--trees made out of starfish and the like. The concept in the northern hemisphere does get some pushback. The December date is arbitrary anyhow, so it would make sense to flip it down under.
All set. I looked around for one, but I guess I'm blind. Just caught up on two months worth of link-backs, so I should be current with this addition. Thanks for the link too.
