While I was working on the widget, I came up with another suggestion for the api which is to add a count for the number of posts visible. I am making a badge for my site but the main problem I have is that there are too many posts for the size of my badge.

you can limit the scope of the returned JSON in your JavaScript!! just select the top one of the whole array :P

I'm trying to make a widget for this site but I just can't work with the current api. It's all written in json and every time I have tried getting it to work, It just fails!
