hi friends, ive updated this section with a new blog post reflecting on 6 months without social media, and also on solitude. ive also added a page which has smaller thoughts all in one place. i hope everyone has an amazing new year :o)
Hey Lauren, thank you for sharing your insights. I can certainly relate to a lot of what you have written. I'm working to make 2022 a more focused year - it's certainly a challenge for me to avoid sitting at my computer too much. Lucky for me I've avoided smartphones so I don't have that issue. I hope you have a great year too!
