Its not specifically for neocitizens, which is why theres alot of people using it!! theres actually quite a bit of communities using boards. Quite a bit of the OG users are actually ex-4channers or discord users!

we actually need themes for neocities outside of editor
ive been making myself my own neocities stylesheet
i made a custom Neocities dark-mode via the Stylus extension, however its better to just use Dark Reader for that.
