What size screen do ya'll use to format your site? I'm realizing that the monitor I base my pages off of is a lot bigger than 1920x1080 so some pages look cut off .·°՞(≧□≦)՞°·.

Try look into responsive design. Sometimes it's as simple as having max-width=100% on the main container and other times it will require more work.
