Most people don’t even know that they can make their own homemade link shortener by registering a short domain and adding pages that redirect to pages with large links. Is it okay to make an alt to do this?

Idk why I’m asking you guys but there’s no way I am going to have the confidence to email Neocities.
I have an alt. Nothing happened to it to this day. Neocities TOS doesn't say anything about alts.
