I don't doubt that this is numbingly tedious, but I still envy Ridley Scott: would that I could helm four eximiously classic feature films, a string of dumb but beautifully-shot features and commercials, and twenty sacks of meticulously crafted shit over the course of fifty years. What a life!

Ellis's early novels are still the most entertaining of all the deliberately dull, self-obsessed fiction that I've read.

Men and women are so different and despite all we end up together. It's beautiful.

I think these are all referencing a same study that may be being wildly misconstrued for engagement. I think that's sort of psychotic to hold that outlook and haven't really met anyone who does tbh.

I recommend reading the study directly. The interpretation by the pop psych publications you linked to is, to put it as nicely as possible, deeply inaccurate. In reality the correct identification of the emotions, and with that empathy with their partner, increases relationship satisfaction: https://www.apa.org/pubs/journals/releases/fam-26-2-236.pdf

The epoch's span and dates were specified by Aryabhata in his Aryabhattiyam, and in the Surya Siddhanta, which was mostly authored by his student Latadeva.

Alas, Kali Yuga won't end until 428899, so settle in

I understand why every page update doesn't push you to the top of the activity timeline, but 24 hours is too long. It should be 12 hours so daily updates that occur around the same time don't get ignored.

when you shake it kinetic energy from your moving hand is transferred to the liquid which heats it up slightly (from the friction with itself). in thermodynamics if the volume remains constant, when heat increases, so does pressure
