Lol! It seems that I have been summoned...It is said that there is benefit in "grounding" in the literal sense of the word (i.e.: connecting with the Earth by putting one's bare feet directly on the dirt). However, one does not necessarily need to do this in order to become centered and relaxed, although being outside near a tree has helped me a lot.
Another thing that I like to do is take a deep breath as I raise both of my arms, hold it for a moment, and then very slowly bring my arms down as I release that breath.
