The december theme is online! I finally automated the themes enough so I only need to change a single line for the whole site to change looks (and it's even more compatible with old browsers now).

Twitter was always the shithole of the internet, however, I recently had to make a project using their api. first thing I see when I opened the feed with a brand new account was a bunch of porn and gore. I don't remember that being this normal back in idk 2011-2013

Some are leaving neocities because of the owner's alleged support of AI, but I haven't seen any sources posted (EDIT: now I have). I mean, I'm not too invested in this place since I'm a self-hosting patrician übermensch god, but it's sad to see people I've followed for so long leave. Thank you. It makes sense for it to be only found now. Kyle doesn't have a very big internet presence, and he's mostly known for his projects, not his obscure blog. Look: That article was basically ignored when he posted it on his (defunct) twitter.

Yeah exactly, kyle really hasn't *done* anything to warrant leaving en masse, besides how do we know dimden and whatever other owner of other hosts dont share similar opinions lmao I think people are too quick in jumping ship but whatever, at the end of the day as long as a site has an rss feed ill follow it
