life has been hard. I've been obbesseing over helping people in palestine because I feel like I'd be terrible if I didn't. I think I keep forgetting I'm 14. I needed to get off the internet for a while. :( but I'll get better, I always do

If I had a therapist and told the truth, I'd be sent to a mental asylum. Hope things get better for u btw :D (tbh I'd recommend just doing as much as you can offline, like sending messages to your IRL frens via letters or writing emails then just sending them when u next go online, cuts down on computer usage a lot).
