Small tweaks - better support for floods on subpages - 25% slower flood speed and 30% shorter delay on bilging!

Hmm lets see; the party song is great! I totally went through a Kesha phase and it reminds of of that! I also had a big AJR phase too. Sooo I think yes :^]
