your added details to the stories "they looked like brothers but weren't / i had to rewire the first one but that's another story" are so vivid. i read them in a "you had to be there" tone that makes the narrator know more than they can tell us. reminds me of a youtube i have on watch later but still haven't called "how to draw the details without drawing all the details"
