Has anyone ever attempted to contact a site owner through their webhost before? Because I just did after my other options proved fruitless, and I'm so nervous about it for no reason. Worst they can do is ignore me or say no. But still lmao.

If it were me, I'd leave it on your main site, too. But a standlone would be cool and the shrine is def worthy of it's own site.

That's what I was thinking, actually! To leave the shrine on my site but maybe have a more in-depth site. There's no sites that host the old images and stuff anymore because they've all died over time (there's ... two? More like one and a half since one is quite broken). So it'd be cool to have a freshplace with some of that stuff on the net.

I am really big into internet archivial (especially Invader Zim) and it's been a project in the back of my mind to try and host something like that myself, but it would be really cool to see more sites for that around anyway.

Yes! I went to Rachel and the A'Le'Inn! It had been on my bucket list for like 15 years. <3 I did not stay there though since I just live 2 hours out

Somewhere I have my miniature Alien Head Vodka bottle I got there, lol. I also took looooads of photos. It's such a fun place to visit!

Invader Zim, it's a cartoon, lol. Well, cartoon, comic series, and tv movie.
.biz is available as a domain. Zim.biz has a ring to it. Zim.club is cool too. There's probably other cool domains to consider. And Just using "zim" is not very creative, but with the right domain it sounds cool. :)
I'll probably build it on Neocities and maybe get a domain name later; I don't have the money for even a cheap top level domain at the moment (toilet paper is higher priority lol).
